Description
Belt conveyor is a widely used continuous conveying device, with the conveyor belt as its core bearing and traction component. It consists of conveyor belt, drive pulley, redirecting pulley, idler roller, tensioning device and frame, among other components. It can efficiently transport bulk materials (such as ore, grain and coal) and piece goods, with an applicable inclination angle of 0-18°, a maximum conveying length of several hundred meters and a flexibly adjustable conveying capacity.
Featuring a simple structure, reliable operation, large conveying capacity, low energy consumption and easy maintenance, the device can work stably in an environment of -20℃～40℃. It is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, grain, port and building materials. As a basic equipment for industrial material transfer, it can be combined with other equipment to form an automated conveying line, greatly improving production efficiency.
