Description
The double roller granulator is a cold pressing forming equipment suitable for the production of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer, adopting a core structure with two opposite squeezing rollers. It can process a variety of fertilizer raw materials such as fermented livestock and poultry manure, humic acid, ammonium phosphate and potassium chloride. After pretreatment, the raw materials are extruded into granules by mechanical or hydraulic pressure from twin rollers, and then crushed and screened to obtain uniform particles ranging from 2mm to 12mm.
Its cold pressing process requires no high temperature, which can fully retain fertilizer nutrients and microbial activity. The forming rate reaches over 90%, and the finished particles feature high strength, good structural stability and convenient storage and transportation. With compact structure, low energy consumption and simple operation, the equipment is widely applicable to small and medium-sized fertilizer plants and organic fertilizer production bases, serving as an environmentally friendly and high-efficiency solution to improve granulation efficiency and reduce production costs.
