Description
Bucket elevator is an efficient continuous vertical conveying equipment, widely used in building materials, grain, chemical, mining and other industries. Its core structure consists of buckets, traction components (chains or belts), machine housing, driving device and tensioning device. The working principle is that the traction components drive the buckets to circulate along the inner wall of the housing. The buckets scoop up materials at the bottom, vertically lift them to the top, and complete discharging by centrifugal force or gravity, so as to realize continuous material transportation.
This equipment features a compact structure, small floor area, large conveying height (up to tens of meters) and stable conveying efficiency. With excellent sealing performance, it effectively reduces material dust emission and loss, and has low energy consumption and low failure rate during operation. Meanwhile, the bucket type, conveying capacity and lifting height can be customized according to material characteristics and production requirements.
