Description
The rotary flat-die feed pellet mill is an upgraded version of the conventional flat-die pellet machine, specially designed for small and medium-scale feed processing and organic fertilizer granulation.
Its core innovation lies in the working unit featuring a rotating flat die and fixed pressing rollers. After being mixed and stirred, powdery raw materials are delivered to the roller area along with the rotating flat die. Under extrusion pressure, the materials pass through die holes to form cylindrical pellets. This design ensures more uniform stress, delivering a high pellet forming rate, consistent density and excellent crush resistance.
Capable of processing a wide range of materials such as crop straw, soybean meal, grains and wheat bran, the machine features a compact structure, simple operation and low maintenance costs. It is well-suited for small and medium-sized farms, feed processing workshops and organic fertilizer production sites, serving as an optimal piece of equipment to improve feed utilization efficiency and reduce breeding and processing costs.
