Description
Flat-die biomass pellet mill is a dedicated molding equipment for biomass energy conversion, specially designed to process agricultural and forestry wastes such as straw, wood chips, rice husks and branches into biomass fuel pellets.
Its core structure consists of a feed hopper, flat die and roller assembly, pellet cutting device, transmission system and frame, with the flat die and pressing rollers as the key working units. After crushing and drying, raw materials are extruded by pressing rollers through the die holes of the flat die to form cylindrical pellets. The finished pellets have high density, stable calorific value and convenient storage and transportation, and can replace fossil fuels such as coal.
