Description
Air-cooled Vibration Dust Removal Equipment is a specialized dust control device for feed processing production lines, suitable for dust purification in key processes such as pelletizing, raw material crushing and finished product screening. Its core structure consists of a vibrating screen body, an air-cooling system, a dust collection device and an electric control system. It operates on a dual-effect synergy principle: the vibrating screen body vibrates at high frequency to separate feed pellets from attached dust including grain, soybean meal and bran dust; meanwhile, the air-cooling system delivers airflow synchronously to accelerate dust diffusion and guide it to the dust collection device for gas-solid separation, which not only reduces dust emission but also avoids raw material waste.
This equipment can be linked with flat die / ring die pellet mills, crushers and other machines, adapting to the well-ventilated and spacious operating environment of feed processing workshops. It can effectively control dust pollution, prevent cross-contamination of feed raw materials, and ensure a clean production environment as well as the health of operators.
